How to have automatic email sent to customers after completing form?

I have set up the q_price variable for customers answers for an estimate on our services, now how do I have the email that will be sent to them say, thanks for completing the form here is your estimate $xx? Also is there a way to select that for a specific answer it takes 10%, 20%, etc. off the q_price end score?

Workflow - Help

Hello community,I'm working on a survey where I have a Multiple Choice question with 6 options, and each option has its own related question group. The initial condition is that users can choose up to 3 of the 6 options, but I need that depending on what they choose, they are redirected to the corresponding question groups.The problem I'm facing is that when setting up conditional logic (Logic Jump), Typeform only redirects to one of the question groups (the first one that matches), instead of taking users to all the groups related to their selections.How can I solve this? Remove form animation + Old Design style

Hello, is there any way to remove that new extra slow form animations with each question? Why is it forced and not behind On/Off settings. Same with that new redesing to put Design from right edit bar to small pop-up. Why? We have hundreds of designs what we use as we create many forms and it is so confusing, small and time consuming to look for design what we need. It is a step back. Editing in Pop-up is the worst UI decision right now. It is getting frustrating that you guys focus on stuff thats not really needed, but not the problems that TypeForm have, like grayed Publish button when you edit questions, Reload pop-up with error when you do simple changes in form and etc. which does nto save your edits and your edits are lost.

Contigent Questions Populated

Hi - Im setting up a new application for our Members and I want to have the Members rank their previous answers. Is that possible without creating a logic for every single scenario? Ex - Im a new Member and I click Organization Design, PR & Partnerships, and Market Research as my skill. Logic in Stripe Form

Hi There I have connected to Stripe and I am on the Business Tier of TypeForm Subscription (Can’t even get live support to answer me) so wondering if the community can help. I have built logic to calculate a price. And I am hoping to inject that price into the Stripe Payment amount - the help videos show a logic tab in the payment page setup - but I am not getting that. Whereas the help / support on Typeform indicate that I should have something that looks like Can you help me understand why the Design and Logic options are not appearing? Many, thanks in advance. And TypeForm Support - I am looking at you. How can your AI say I am connected with a support agent when I am not!!!!!

Setting a static value in a form?

Hi there, I’m trying to do something that feels pretty straightforward, but so far I’ve been struggling. I’d really appreciate any guidance :) I’m trying to set a parameter/answer to a static value in a given form. Example: in the results when the form is submitted, the answer to the “question” language should always be DE for all respondents of this form. I’ve tried to use variables and logic rules to skip questions but it’s all a mess so far tbh :) Thanks a million in advance!!

Video only responses to questions on the screen

Hi Community, absolute novice newcomer here. I’d like to create a multi-choice questionnaire in which the questions appear on the screen and the “respondent” can answer via video only, and then emails it to us (or whatever) - any template solutions available for this, or pointers? Rank only the options selected in previous question

Hi. I'd like to ask a multi-select, multiple choice Q, and then follow it up with a ranking question that includes only the answer options selected in the first question. For example, if the user selects answer options A, C and E in Q1, they'd be asked to rank A, C and E in Q2 (but they would *not* see answer options B and D in Q2, because they didn’t select them in Q1). Is this possible?

Multiple Select Followed By Rank

I see ​@john.desborough has addressed this multiple times over the years, tagging ​@Liz, and I appreciate that. I was unable to dig up the proper comment on the sticky product dev suggestions post to add my support. Seems this has been requested many times over the years - I find myself needing to have theatre patrons select top 5 from a list of 12 productions, then rank those five 1-5. Having them rank a list of 12 productions seems cumbersome. If anyone has suggestions on a workable solution for this need, I would appreciate it very much. Until then, my support is behind populating rank-able answer choices from previous questions.

How to Retrieve Users' Responses at Each Step and Summarize Missing Steps?

Hi, I'm building a process where we guide users through granting us access to different platforms. The goal is to track which platforms users select "No" for and display a summary page at the end, listing the platforms where access is still missing. At each step, we ask: "Have you granted us access to [platform]?" Yes → They proceed to the next platform-related question. No → I want to track this response and summarize it at the end. I've explored concatenating all 'No' responses and storing them in a custom variable, but I’m unsure whether this is possible in Typeform or if there's a more efficient way to dynamically store and display multiple responses. Would URL parameters be a viable approach here? I'm curious to hear if anyone has tackled a similar challenge.

Perfect Typeform / Bucak State Hospital

I work as a communication specialist in a public institution in Türkiye. The forms I created in Typeform were very much appreciated. Approximately 5000 people in the institution were very curious about how this magnificent design and smart logic branching was done. Some even claimed that the forms I made were the product of a global advertising company. This is how wonderful and smart an application Typeform is. I want to do the same work this year. But unfortunately, our budget is insufficient. Can Typeform officials provide us with a facility where we can collect 1000 or 500 responses? Hola, quiero lanzar una evaluación de 360º y, aunque la plantilla me parece estupenda, tengo la duda de cómo hacerlo para que, entre un grupo de personas, cada una elija a su manager para evaluar, o a su compañero o a su colaborador directo y luego poder entregar los informes por separado sin perder información de ninguno. Esto es, imaginemos que yo soy el Manager a quien se va a evaluar. En un momento determinado, todas las personas de la empresa reciben un correo para hacer la evaluacíón, pero a mi sólo me pueden evaluar mis reportes directos, mis compañeros y mi Director. ¿Alguien ha hecho este trabajo con anterioridad? Me gustaría encontrar una fórmula que no fuera separar los manager y enviar un correo con un link diferente a cada persona que ha de evaluar. Un saludo, muchas gracias de antemano y espero vuestra ayuda y experiencia¡¡¡¡¡¡

Sharing different versions in the same form

Hello, I want to create a survey that includes pricing. Since it’s difficult to ask which for different prices in a question (users will always chose the cheapest option), I was thinking to ask the question in that way: The price of 10 EUR for a yearly subscription to Premium is Too high. Fair. I would not pay for a subscription. And in a different version of the question I would ask The price of 15 EUR for a yearly subscription to Premium is Too high. Fair. I would not pay for a subscription. I would like that these questions are in the same survey and randomly assigned to the audience. Is this possible to send different versions of the same question randomly to the audience and then analyse the answers? Thanks

How to Calculate the Most Selected Options Across Multiple Questions in Typeform?

I want to ask 6 questions and each question has 4 multiple-choice options that map to one of the 4 personality types: The Hustler The Overthinker The Distracted Creative The Zen Seeker e.g. Q1: What’s your biggest struggle when trying to be productive? I keep pushing but crash halfway through the day (Hustler) My brain’s too noisy—I can’t focus on one thing (Overthinker) I start a bunch of things but don’t finish them (Distracted Creative) I need forever to get going, even when I know what to do (Zen Seeker) At the end, the result is calculated based on the most frequently selected type across the 6 questions. How to achieve it?

Comparing scores of five custom variables and sending user to ending page that had highest score

Hello everyone, I’ve been reading through about five threads and wasn’t able to find my answer yet. Please excuse me if I just didn’t get it. Here is my question: I got a quiz (10 questions) that allows people to find out what blocks them in their career right now (five possible blocks, five different ending pages). Based on the answers they pick (multiple selections possible per question), each block collects points. I managed to do that with creating five custom variables and for each question setting the number that should be assigned to each customer variable if this answer is picked. I also created the five different ending pages. Here is where I’m stuck: How do I see the final number score for each of my custom variables? And how do I compare these scores? And then send the user to the ending page that got the highest score? Is this the comment I need? I don’t fully understand this and where exactly I implement that in typeform. Appreciate your help!
