I have a form on our website and it gathers information and data from possible customers, it has worked for years and now it has suddenly started ending at question 7 instead fo question 14 so i am not receiving any of the Information I need. I have checked the questionnaire and the questions are all complete and it is published yet when i visit it from the site it is cut short. The URL is exactly the same . I am stuck and do not understand
hey there guys :)I am making a quizz where there are multiple right and wrong answers and in one particular section all options are actually right which is why I need the participant to jump to “this is only partially right” and if they tick off all options then they jump to “this is right”. I just dont know how to make a grouped amount of options? I can only seem to get the logic to jump per 1 option which is not what I want e.g. if they choose one right option then they are immediately allowed to jump to “this is correct” in other words can I add groups of right and wrong answers?
I’m just getting started with typeform and hoping that one of you can assist. I am creating a lenghty order form for a custom product and need to collect the customers shipping address. Is there an easy ay to do so without have to ask for:Street Address City State ZipI assumed there would be an address component but I cannot find one.
How to turn variable number into proper formatting at the end of a calculation (instead of ending up with 7 zeros)
Hi. I’m trying to have a basic “savings calculator” done in Typeform. My end result should be $1,250, but instead it comes back as one large number: 12500000000.Right now, they enter a house appraisal amount, then they enter the amount they think it should be, then they enter their property tax rate percentage (needs to handle decimals), then I want to show them the final result. Here are the form steps:Step 1: Enter the appraisal amount (i.e. 500000)Step 2: Enter the amount you think it should be (i.e. 450000)Step 3: Enter your property tax rate (i.e. 2.5) should be a percentageStep 4: The result should be 50000 x 2.5% = 1250There has to be a way to format these numbers correctly. It’s basic calculator stuff.orrectly, right? I’ve seen some older posts in the community where probably 100 people are requesting basic calculation results that can show properly formatted numbers. Is there a way to do this?
I’ve created a form which has multiple endings which show depending on how the user has answered the questions. I’d like to email the user their answers, including the custom ending that they were shown. I can’t see this option when trying to create the respondent email notification (I can only select their answers to particular questions, but not their custom ending). Does anyone know where I’m going wrong? Or if there’s a workaround? Thanks!
Hi. I need help with my logic. I have added four questions and based on the answers of those four questions they will receive a statement. I've added all the logic and when I go into my logic map and select “branching”, I can see that my logic is all correct and how I want it. But when I go to preview, the statement for all the options I select is the same. I don't know what I’m doing wrong. I don't know if my below screenshot helps.
Hello guys. I am having issues that are already melting my brain with typeform. Currently, I am creating a multi select question for social media. It goes like this:However, if someone only chooses YouTube let’s say, the form always go through the other social media. What I am struggling with, is that when a client let’s say chooses instagram and Facebook for example, I want it to jump to the next question, and not go through the other social media. My current logic is this:How to set up a logic in which the client goes from their answers to the next question? Been struggling with it for some time. Hope I made myself understand, thank you!
Hi there! This is my first post. I would like to know if there is any way of making several customers complete the same instance of a form.I need to send a form that has to be filled by different people from the same company asynchronously, so that when someone leaves a field empty, others can complete it.Is there any way of doing this? Thanks!
Hello,WHY would you not let us jump to a “skipped questions” or different question branch ?! That’s the whole point of Typeform, to make tailored made questionnaires for the respondent and collect data in the meanwhile for us ! I guess you’ve put this (I know it wasn’t in the earlier versions) so people don’t make loops, but that’s our responsibility ! Make a loop detector if you really want to save us, or an alert ! But not a comply blockage *sigh*As for now, its not just an alert, it doesn’t work. The typeform doesn’t jump to the question I want, thus making the typeform broken and unusable. It just finishes it right here on the spot .. 🤦🏻 Why even put the option to select a skipped question in the first place then !? I can’t believe this is an issue on your app. It’s so obvious we should be able to jump from questions to questions … Or are people using typeform only to make funny quiz for 3 years old ? 🍼
I have a 14-page Typeform, but you will be required to submit the form after having filled out the 12. Page

If you use typeform to take attendace in a classroom of 125, is it possible to provide unique URL/qr code for each student? We have problems with students sharing a common link with peers that are not in the classroom. If that is not possible, any ideas on how to use typeform for class feedback and attendance tracking while avoiding “cheating the system”? I am sure there will be a lot of experts in this community that can give me good advice. Thanks
