Hello,We are currently using your Typeform service to collect RSVP survey responses. However, we have identified an issue regarding the thumbnail update, and would like to inquire about it.We created separate survey forms for the Day and Night programs, and updated both thumbnails with the same image. While the thumbnail for the Night program has been updated successfully, the thumbnail for the Day program has not been updated properly. (For your reference, we have attached images below. The low-resolution image shown is the previous thumbnail.)We would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. My account ID is  Art Salon Plus, and I have included the links to both programs below.Day RSVP Link : https://form.typeform.com/to/pGgXBhCu The thumbnail for this link has not been updated.   Night RSVP Link : https://form.typeform.com/to/B4gg6D8o The thumbnail for this link has been updated correctly. The Day RSVP link should display the same updated
Hi! I saw that this was asked appx 4 years ago but wasn’t possible then…Is there a way to remove the “ok” or “submit” button when there’s a multiple choice? I feel like it’s redundant since they already select their answer and then have to click that, too (it also covers the text on the screen on mobile on mine). Thanks :)
Is it possible to remove OK button after every questions, some i need but some i dont need OK button. it’s annoying for our respondent to have OK button everytime Can i also remove the hint button that hovering on the options?Â
What did you guys think about this economy?
Looking for a Typeform expert (advanced logic + scoring + outcome routing)Not a designer. Not beginner level. And a Freelancer only. NO Agency!I need someone who can build a fully scored diagnostic quiz with branching logic + dynamic outcomes + auto-redirect based on score.Project:Fertility diagnostic quiz (10–12 questions max) 4 scoring categories (custom scoring per answer) Logic jumps + path-based questioning Outcome mapping based on highest score Auto-redirect to 1 of 4 different landing pages (based on result) Typeform internal result email aligned to outcomeYou must be comfortable with:Typeform scoring + outcome quiz setup Complex logic flows (not linear quizzes) Precision implementation (no rewriting or “improving” the structure)This is NOT a creative role. You are executing a defined system exactly as specified. If you’ve built similar:scored quizzes diagnostic funnels multi-outcome routingDrop examples + confirm you’ve handled:👉 scoring + logic + redirect outcomes inside Typefor
I’ve been working on a survey this week which is already published and receiving responses. Today I needed to go in and fix up a typo in one of the response options, but the publish button has disappeared completely. I still get a notification at the top of the screen to say that my form has unpublished edits and I need to publish to see them, but there is no way of publishling. I see this error has occurred before due to a TF bug, which was fixed, but can’t figure out if it’s that, or something else I’m doing wrong? (FYI I’m on the Pro plan so my subscription shouldn’t be a problem either!)
I have a mundane ranked choice problem with multiple winners. I don’t need typeform to pick the winners, but I would like the group to each rank their choices and I can (arduously) pick the winners manually.Context: My wifes’ college friends are visiting Philadelphia this fall for a few days. Including us, that’s 11 people. There is too much to see and do and too little time. For arguments’ sake.I want them to rank 10 of the activities and I will pick the top 5 in terms of rank choice. At the least, I hope Typeform can just get the survey of 10 choices by individual. At the best, I would like it also to pick the top 5. Is this possible? Is it clear? Thanks, Paul
I have a list of 17 different workshop sessions - after choosing 5 sessions - how can I get them to rank their individual choices in order of importance? I added the @ to get their choices to appear in the next question - but how can I have THEIR choices appear in a list to be ranked.?
I’m trying to see if this is possible in Typeform. I need to create a form where there’s a choice of 3 products, to select a different quantity of each one - the user can enter different quantities of each product. Similar to this… So, for example, the user can type in the quantity fields before each product image:100 of Product 1250 of Product 2500 of Product 3 This will need to be identified in the data that we download, so for example:PRODUCT 1 QTY = 100PRODUCT 2 QTY = 250PRODUCT 3 QTY = 500 Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I’ve done similar forms in the past where you select one of the multiple products, which then takes you to the next page where you can enter a quantity, but ideally we want to be able to enter quantities of all 3 products on one page this time!
Hi, is there an A/B testing option available? This is SO IMPORTANT to test which entry forms and marketing tactics work best to achieve form goals. The only way to perform better is to always be testing!

So, I’m trying to use Typeform to create a quiz and I need to ensure that the participants see a different order of questions within a given section. Is there any way to achieve this?   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I would like to add a link to an email on a “Contact us” button. Is there a way to do it? Thank you in advance
Hi all,I’m currently building a workflow using Typeform as the entry point, and I’m trying to validate a specific use case:Goal:- User submits a form (inputs brand name)- System generates a report (AI-based analysis)- Automatically sends the report via email- Stores the lead in a database (Notion / CRM)Current setup:- Typeform for data collection- Considering connecting via Zapier / API- AI processing happens outside TypeformMy questions:1. What is the best way to trigger external AI processing after form submission?  - Webhook?  - Zapier?  - Native integration?2. How do you structure this kind of workflow to avoid latency or failure?  (e.g. user waits vs async email delivery)3. Has anyone built a similar “form → analysis → auto report” pipeline?I’m trying to keep the system simple (MVP level), but scalable later. Any suggestions or examples would be really helpful. Thanks! This is for a product that measures brand visibility in AI systems (ChatGPT / Gemini).
Hi everyone,For about a week now, some of my clients have stopped receiving notification emails from their Typeforms.I contacted support and was told this is a known issue that’s currently being worked on. However, I haven’t received any further updates and haven’t been able to get a response via chat.Since I manage multiple client accounts, I’m concerned this might be affecting more forms than we’re currently aware of.Is anyone else experiencing issues with notification emails not being delivered? And if so, have you found a temporary workaround? Thanks in advance!
The new Adress field has an address in Palo Alto, California as placeholder. We are a company based in Europe serving B2C customers with a very strong local implantation. We cannot have an address in California as placeholder, this gives off a very wrong image. How can I change the placeholder?  As is we cannot use this field and what typeform offers for the address field is not satisfying.Â
I am creating an informational form, and it requires a number of multiple choice questions. But many of the individual choices within the multiple choice list could benefit from additional explanations. For example, the question might be:What color palettes do you like the most?Pastels Jewel tones Monochromatic Black and whiteI would like to be able to include a definition for each of the answers, so the test taker knows what I mean by each turn, but when I add the definition into the actual answer, the form becomes really unwieldy and difficult to reach. Is there any way to add these definitions--maybe if they hover over the item some text is shown, or subheadings in a smaller text under each item that defines them, or some other option that I can’t imagine?
Hi everyone,I’m struggling with a logic issue regarding the Stripe Payment question.I need to implement a discount code system. I have already: Created a numeric variable called price (default value: 150). Set up the Branching & Calculations logic so that if a user enters a specific coupon code, it subtracts a value from the price variable. The problem: When I go to the Payment question settings, I cannot find a way to link the price variable to the Stripe field. Typing "@" in the price field doesn't trigger the variable list. I don't see the "Use a variable to calculate price" toggle in the Logic/Payment settings. Is this feature restricted to specific plans, or is there a new way to map variables to the Payment block in the current editor?Thank you for your help!
Just messing about with Knowledge Quiz types and examples. Here’s a short 6-question quiz about kidneys and kidney disease - a topic that has become close to my heart. des
Does anyone know how to represent numeric variables as whole numbers (no decimals) when presenting them in a Statement?
I have a client that would like to do a “slider” (scale of values) for one of their questions. Is this possible in Typeform? We’re new to this tool. Thank you!
Today I have been trying to edit a questionnair I had already done and in the creator universal mode I am not able to see the answer options and edit them for multiple choice questions, even though they are there when selecting preview. Why is this and how can I fix it?Â
Greetings (first time poster),I’d like to create a form that has a number of sections, with subsections. Each subsection has a similar layout, though the qustions and guidance may be a litte different in each subsection. It’s organized like this:Section - opening sections with instructions Section Subsection Subsection Subsection Section Subsection Subsection Subsection Subsection Section - closeing sections with a few questionsI’d like to present this structure on the left side, similar to the Table of Contents in a PDF. The user clicks on a section or subsection and, on the right side (main pane), is presented with a set of questions. (The types of responses can can be multiple choice, a text field, a scale from 1 to 7 ,and a list of responses to a question (preferably with a + button that let’s them add a text item to a list (up to 10). But first I need to know how oto create the basic sructure I need). How can I accomplish this structure?TIAÂ
