How Can I Create a Feedback Form for a Gaming ROM Website?

I'm managing a website focused on Tomodachi Life ROM and I'd like to collect better feedback from visitors.

I'm considering using Typeform to create a user-friendly feedback form.

I'd like to know:

  • Which question types work best for gaming websites?
  • How can I collect bug reports and download issues in one form?
  • Is it better to use conditional logic based on the user's problem?
  • What are the must-have fields for technical support requests?
  • Can Typeform responses be connected to Google Sheets for easier management?

I'd love to hear how others use Typeform for gaming or content-based websites. Thanks!

Hey there @tomodachiliferom 👋🏼 Our platform offers a variety of questions types you can totally play around to see which one works best for you depending on your questions and what kind of data you are looking to get from your users! And totally YES to your question regarding conditional logic! It sounds like you want a form that your users will be able to select from providing feedback or bug reports on your website gaming platform, so this is a great way to organize that into sections within the same form OR you can redirect your users to a second for depending on their selections too 👍🏼 Also, I did find this perfect community post that outlines the best practices on creating engaging forms for your gaming site. I hope these helps you out!
