Hello everyone,

I'm currently building a Typeform and I would like to add two text input fields on the same slide (for example: one field for "Company name" and another for "Website").

I tried using the Contact info / Coordinates block, but I can't seem to modify the labels of the fields to customize them the way I want.

Is there a way to:

  • add two custom text fields on the same slide, or

  • modify the field labels inside the Contact info block?

Any tips or workarounds would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Questionaire oberA great question!

You can use the multi question page feature for this, if you go to Add Content you should see the content block type towards the bottom right of the list:

Once you have that plugged in, you can add different question types to the same page, so you can have 2 text fields to collect the information you need.

Here’s the Help Center guide which explains how to add different question types onto one page. Hope that helps!
