Recover Typeform answers after (a too) late upgrade

Hello guys, I need your help.

  1. First of all, I was not able to -even though I have deleted all my browser data like three times, to get to the customer ticket area. That is why I am contacting you here and I really hope you can help me because I need your help.
  1. On Thursday I have had a workshop session where I have let 20 people fill out the survey. On Thursday evening, as a newbie, I have realized that my responses were not saved, that is why I have upgraded my plan. Unfortunately, I have not seen new answers and I am very sure that at least 17 have answered them.

 

On Friday I have had another workshop where some people filled it out. No one who has send it in on Friday counts to the 20 people from Thursday. 

 

These are very important leads for me and I really hope it is possible to recover them, just like the AI agent said. But I just can’t find a way to a normal person yet.

When you say your responses haven’t saved, do you mean you reached your response limit, and think you might have some that came through before you upgraded that are missing? I would definitely recommend using the form above to speak with our support team, they can check your account to see what’s happening with your response data. 🙏

Thank you so much Grace. Yes, that is exactly what has happened. I am a new user of typeform and was not aware of the response limits to be honest. In the evening then I have realized that this is a thing and I have upgraded my account but the responses did not appear again. 

I will try out this form! That sounds very promising. Thank you!

I feel your pain, that’s really frustrating especially after a workshop with real leads on the line.
Unfortunately Typeform doesn’t usually recover responses that came in while you were still on the free plan limit, even after upgrading. The system simply stops saving them once you hit the cap.
Still, definitely submit the support form Grace linked. Sometimes they can see partial data on their end. Mention the exact dates, times and number of responses you’re missing.
Fingers crossed they can pull something out. Let us know how it goes.
