Question

Timestamp Recorded Differently Between Partial Submission and Full

Hi, been using Typeform for a year plus now. Am not sure if I’m doing it right. Am using Typeform to collect some user feedback in their user journey and connecting it to Google Sheets.

One of the issue I’m facing right now with my NPS survey (with partial submission enabled); are that the timestamp are all captured wrongly, especially the partial submission answers.

The NPS logic is “Score” → “Why?”; and I included the partial submission between the score and why.

And here’s an example of the survey answers: Each line is a duplicate of the other but the time are different. Blanked out the users email (5 of them). The last submission is where they answered 10 in the score, then the why after.

While there are also instances of user dropping off after entering the score (number); and their date stamp are all wrong as well. Highlighted row, there’s only one email, but it’s a partial submission - but I can’t run the calculation since I’m reading it based on date (1/1/0001 0:00:00 sadly can’t be used)

Have been manually going in and entering a date for these partial ones and removes the duplicates so the data is cleaner. Appreciate any help I can get.
