3 days past but custom domain still yellow. No response from Videoask support.

3 days have passed, but the custom domain is still yellow. No response from VideoAsk support. Added CNAME to my domain’s DNS settings on Namecheap Saturday early morning, but until now, Tuesday, it’s still showing yellow on Videoask. I contacted support (support@videoask.com) using the email address registered on my account but haven’t heard from them until today. I thought the Brand plan includes priority support.

Hi @Hazel Mendenilla sorry to hear you’re having issues with the CNAME record, I’ve double checked with the support team and they’ve received your email and will be replying to it today. 

If it’s still showing as yellow after 3 days it might be worth deleting the record and starting again. We have an FAQ on setting up a custom domain for VideoAsk here which you’re welcome to check out in the meantime but I’m sure the support team will help you get this resolved.
