Upgrade plan

Hi guys i have the monthly GROW plan and i want to upgrade to the monthly BRAND plan. Is there a way for me to just pay the difference between them or i will have to pay the Brand plan full price?

@Natasharoque when I have done this previously in the past the new option supersedes the old. So you shouldn’t be charged two separate plans. However, you may want to clarify with the billing team just so you know how it works better if you still have a certain amount of days left on the Growth plan.

I can't get a response from VideoAsk support: the growth plan hasn't been updated despite the payment having been made? Any ideas?
