Videoask support - not responding 5+ emails

Can someone please respond to my email regarding billing for VideoAsk?

My initial inquiry was replied to by an agent named Precious asking why I was cancelling. I listed all the reasons, and then - silence. It’s been weeks and no reply.

 

I have replied 5+ times and no response. Now today, I get a bounce back saying the support email address is no longer active for Videoask, yet when you login to the website and click support button it just links to the obsolete email address.

If you’re no longer supporting this product, please be forthright about it. I wish I never signed up.

Hi ​@Lisa Mark I’m really sorry to hear this has happened, we are still supporting the product so I don’t know why you would have got a bounce back message. Let me reach out to the support team and investigate what the issue is. I will be in touch asap!

Hi ​@Lisa Mark can you check if you received a response from us yesterday? 

It looks like some of our responses weren’t going through to you, so I’m hoping you’ve received the latest message about cancelling your subscription.

Hi Grace,

Once I posted here the cancellation and refund were finally put through.

I appreciate that, but I wish my 4 other follow-up emails weren’t ignored. If they were seen, why did the refund just get put through now?

Hi ​@Lisa Mark I’ve just spoken to the support manager about this. It seems that you might have been emailing support@typeform.com which is an old address that is no longer in use (we’re not sure why it’s showing that it comes from VideoAsk, and are speaking to our IT team about that.) 

The email address support@videoask.com is in use, and the best way to contact the VideoAsk support team. 

I think that could be why the team missed some of your emails, so I do apologise for the confusion!

Nope - I added the Typeform support email on my last emails out of desperation.

 

As clearly highlighted here - this email came from VideoAsk Support, NOT Typeform.

Hi ​@Lisa Mark yes sorry, I did see that, it seems that while it says VideoAsk support, that email is an autoreply coming from the Typeform support response, not the VideoAsk team. 

We’ve double checked the VideoAsk support email address, and it is working as expected.
