Can someone please respond to my email regarding billing for VideoAsk?
My initial inquiry was replied to by an agent named Precious asking why I was cancelling. I listed all the reasons, and then - silence. It’s been weeks and no reply.
I have replied 5+ times and no response. Now today, I get a bounce back saying the support email address is no longer active for Videoask, yet when you login to the website and click support button it just links to the obsolete email address.
If you’re no longer supporting this product, please be forthright about it. I wish I never signed up.
