Trying endlessly to reach out to support, on a monthly grow plan, trying to figure out what’s my current e.g past month minutes usage/consumption but no luck so far. Can you pls help/reach out at least?

In the meantime, you can check your usage any time by heading to your Account org & setting and selecting Plan & billing - we have a Help Center article here which might be useful.

Hey ​@Daniel mor I’ve just checked in with the support team, they have received your email and have been responding to you, it seems like this is an ongoing issue where not all the responses are making it into your inbox? I’m wondering if they’re going to your spam folder instead or perhaps there’s a block if it’s a company email address?

It’s not possible to see past months minutes within your account, let me check if there’s a way for the team to pull a report manually.


I see nothing in my inbox. Only an automated email notifying me of this thread.

I’m trying to identify what’s blocking the email, especially since you’re receiving the automated response. And I’m also finding out if it’s possible to get you a report for previous months minutes used. Will get back to you asap Daniel, sorry for the inconvenience with this!
