Hello guys,

 

I’m planning to cancel my VideoAsk plan next month as I’ll be switching to a new email, but I will remain a user. :3

Regarding this, I have a couple of questions:

  1. Is there a notice period required for cancellation?
  2. If I cancel now, will my current VideoAsk projects remain live and accessible for the remainder of this month’s paid period?

Hi @Sang Truong happy Friday!

If you cancel the plan now, you can continue to use it until the end of your monthly subscription as normal. It should then downgrade you to the free plan and you’ll be able to see all your videoasks still but some features won’t be available.
