We have the Brand level subscription.
However, we are still seeing the the VideoAsk watermark.
How do we remove? We have our logo in the system…….and we note accordingly. However, it still defaults to the VideoAsk watermark.

Hey
Just checking you have seen this in the settings of the VideoAsk you are building. Hopefully this should resolve it.
In the editor if you click the settings icon
Then click on the Branding drop down this should allow you to go no branding or any branding you choose to upload.
