The customers when recording a video the AUDIO is dead.

I guess the big “contact support” button that we’re told to click on does nothing we have to get the support here.  Does anyone know why my customers when they record a video of their fence gate, no audio is coming thru.  I hate wasting their time.  I’ll have to delete this software if we can’t get this figured out.

Hi ​@Brad Novacek thanks for reaching out, I’m really sorry that you’re having some issues with the audio in your video responses. 

One reason could be that they’ve not given device audio permission before recording their video. It could also be a transcription error when the video is uploaded to VideoAsk. 

Did you already send your question to the support team and haven’t heard back yet? I can follow up with them to check they have received your message.

Hey ​@Brad Novacek I just checked with the support team, they don’t see a message from you so they’re going to email you directly to kick off the conversation and investigate what’s happening with the audio.
