How to build a sales funnel based on survey endings ?

Hi

I created a typeform  https://sandykaufmann582810.typeform.com/to/ootG1cwY , i have active campaign as mailing service and i would like to build a different sales funnel based on survey endings :

• If Ending is A => sales funnel A
• If Ending is B=> sales funnel B

I didn’t find how to “communicate” the results of the survey (endings A) to active campaign so i can create different funnels. Any ideas how i could do that?
