I need to speak with the sales team

We recently launched a health-tech startup and we are using Typeform for our medical intake forms. We need to access an enterprise account for HIPAA compliance urgently. Despite multiple attempts over the past few weeks to reach the sales team (filled out the online form numerous times and messaged via Instagram numerous times), no one is responding to me. I have been unable to locate an email address or contact number anywhere online, so as a last resort I am hoping someone here can help me. 

I am based in Melbourne, Australia.
