Hey there,

I just noticed this Spring Sale and ironically both of my Typeform and VideoAsk plans are set to renew today. I’m on the annual Basic plan on Typeform and the annual Grow plan on VideoAsk.

My question is whether I’m eligible as someone who doesn’t need to alter either plan and if so, will this discount be applied automatically to both of my billing charges? Or do you need to do this manually?

Looking for a speedy response before I’m charged which could be at any time today. Thanks in advance!


Looks like upon my renewals, I should be charged $240 for each of the 2 plans, when accounting for the Spring Sale. I send an inquiry to the support team about this, in case they respond first.

Hey @Darnell happy Monday! 

The Spring promo won’t be automatically added on to subscriptions, the support team can add the promo code on for you, I just double checked and they’ve got your ticket so someone will be answering you soon!

@Grace I did here back from support, but it was VideoAsk’s support that I heard back from and they couldn’t help me with this billing task.

So I contacted Typeform’s support directly and am currently awaiting a response. However, I’ll be billed within the next half-hour for my annual plan, so if it a coupon is going to be applied, it needs to happen within the next 30 mins. Can you please have them expedite this inquiry? Thanks in advance, Grace.
