What plan do I need?

Looking for a plan that will let me use the hidden fields feature - on the help page this seems to say a ‘Professional’ plan, but on the upgrade options it’s ‘Start’, ‘Improve’ or ‘Impress’ - which one do I need?!

Hi @AlexH Hi - Thanks for stopping by and apologies for any confusion on the plans. Some regions have an updated plan structure so what you’re seeing are the new plans available for you. We'll post more about these new plans in our community soon, offering a bit more detail.

Though, you should be able to use hidden fields on any of those plans (including the free plan), but if you're seeing something different, would you mind sending a screenshot so I can take a look? Thanks in advance!

It seems like I can set up hidden fields, but can’t seem to add them in as a question type on the form (screen grab below)

Hi @AlexH Ah! Got it. You’ll actually add the hidden fields in a different section within the new builder. I made a gif below to show you where. :grin:
