No matter what I do I can’t get past this error: 400: [INTERNAL_REQUEST] UNKNOWN_IDDoes anyone know why? I did have a Zapier call to it but I’ve since deleted the Zap to see if that was responsible

Typeform Embedded HTML Styling on Wordpress

Send respondents their results without collecting their email

Hello all - typeform newbie here asking for help! My company is sending out a self-assessment survey to our employees and we want folks to feel comfortable answering the questions honestly. I understand that questions are anonymized by default but we want people to be able to access their assessment scores easily to inform their development goals. Is there a way to send respondents a copy of their results without collecting their email?

Sharing the typeform

Hello, I have several questions concearning the creation and sharing the survey.We need to create a survey for a diverse public and make the survey personalised in some cases:1. Could it be possible to create different links leading to the same survey (to place on our different platforms) and therefore track where the audience is comming from to do the survey?2. If yes, is it possible to make the starting page different according to the link shared (and the rest of the survey stays the same)3. Is it possible to unite the results of several surveys in one statistic? (In case we would need to create different versions of survey for different audience)4. What is the advantage of purchasing a subscribtion allowing different languages, as we can create 3 different logic “lines” with different languages;  is the translation of the questions automatic in case of subscribtion?

Limit has not increased after upgrade

I created two forms on the free plan not realising 10 response limit, so upgraded to the Basic 250 responses. But my two forms I had created are not allowing any more responses. How can i increase the response limit of my existing forms?

Hi there,I’m using Typeform on my website to collect users responses to learning content. I’d like to collect their responses within one form, as they progress through the learning content.Is it possible for me to embed a link that directs them to a specific question within a form. Save & Resume by other colleagues?

Hi there,We're wanting to create a form for other organisations to fill in. However, this form is not submitted by only 1 person. The form should go through multiple colleagues in the organisation to fill in parts of the form.Does TypeForm have an option to save the answers from my colleague? This is on a different browser, on a different device.Would love to hear.

Typeform embedded in HubSpot email only pulling default personalization tokens

Here’s my goal: Embed a Typeform form in a HubSpot email. When users select an option in the Typeform form, their names and email addresses are included in the Typeform responses. What I’ve done so far: I created the form and added Hidden Fields. I went to Share > Embed in an email and paired my HubSpot personalization tokens with the Hidden Fields. I then copied the embed code into HubSpot. (Thank you to HubSpot for the amazing video and tutorial here!) The issue: When I send the email to myself (it’s a live email, not a test), the default Email and Name values show up in the Typeform responses, instead of my name and email address. Any idea on how I can get the actual names and email addresses to populate?  See attached screenshot (I’ve redacted a few things for confidentiality).

Popover: best pages to place it?

Hi,I have done a quiz (popover with notification dot) that will appear on exit intent on our website and basically helps the visitor find out whether the program fits his lifestyle. Where is the best place to put it? I wouldn't put it on every page as it might be too intrusive. I looked at my stats and put it on two pages that had the highest number of exits, ie Home and FAQ.How would you do it? Changed Typeform NAME + SUBDOMAIN + LINK and redirected URL now NOT sharing on LinkedIN

HiI needed to change a PUBLISHED Typeform’s name because of the year change.  I changed the Typeform NAME at > Shared Workspace >  ‘MYTYPEFORM’ … > RENAMEIt went from MYTYPEFORM2023 to MYTYPEFORM2024 Then customised the Typeform subdomainIt went from DEFUALT.typeform.com to CUSTOM.typeform.com  Then I customised the end of the Typeform linkIt went from CUSTOM.typeform.com/OLD to CUSTOM.typeform.com/NEW I then went to HOVER to change the redirect I have for my website URL to so that it would redirect to my domain to the new Typeform link CUSTOM.typeform.com/NEW Old URL Hover redirect was DEFUALT.typeform.com/OLD New URL Hover redirect is CUSTOM.typeform.com/NEW. ✅ The new Typeform NAME works✅ The new customised the Typeform subdomain WORKS✅ The HOVER redirect worksBUTWhen I share in LinkedIN the OLD Typeform url is being pulled own. I have finally created my first type form but on the last page I want my clients to be able to submit their answers to me...I am stuck...can’t figure out if I need to create a landing page and if so I have no clue ho to do that either...really really not techy!!!

Longterm Embeded Assessment

I created an eight question leadership assessment in Typeform that I want to include in my blog I'll be sending out to you and about 700 other people next week. People can take the assessment which will be embedded in my website. The free version of Typeform only allows 10 responses. and the next version up in $60 a month which allows 1000 responses. Here are my questions:First, since the assessment will be embedded, and the fact that I don't care about the responses (I am really only using it for participant learning)  if I chose the free version will the 11th response not be able to access the assessment? Second, since it will be embedded in my website, let's say someone wants to access the assessment in six months, will I need to have an active account for them to take it? Thanks for the help...

I have an audience that could use the same typeform I have already created. Is there a way to share a link with them so they they can simple upload the premade typeform into their own Typeform account simpler to how Canava has share links to be able to share designed that upload right into your account and let you edit them? Changes in button settings are reflected at preview only but not on the live form

I’ve made some changes to my typeform (color and shape of the answer buttons) and clicked the publish button. But when I check the live form after publishing there are no any chenges in the buttons.

Mobile embed not displaying correctly

Hello,My quiz isn’t displaying correctly on mobile. I’ve tried both selecting “full-screen on mobile” on and off.When full-screen on mobile is enabled, the questions are cut off at the first line.When the toggle of the full-screen on mobile is turned off, the questions are displayed but because the number of selectable answers is quite long users need to scroll down and answers are cut off and you aren’t able to select next to go to the next question.The full-screen has the better user experience, so I would prefer to use that option, but how do I stop the question from getting cut off at the top? Thank you!

Respondents are getting an unknown error

Respondents keep getting this error on the last question “Sorry, something’s wrong. Refresh the page and try again. We’ll save any info you’ve already entered”People are able to respond without any errors - but a few are reporting the error above no matter how many times they refresh the page.How does one troubleshoot an unknown error??

How to remove background behind navigation arrows on mobile form with a transparent background?

I’m trying to embed my form with a transparent background. Changing the background transparency to 100% works great... except that on the mobile version of the form, the background still shows behind the navigation arrows. Bonus: I would also love it the navigation arrows centered on mobile to match the rest of the form instead of floating left.
