Can´t view responses

Responses to our form are not accessible - since an hour we are getting a message, that “there seems to be a blip” but checking servers is not helping (all set on green), refreshing page not helping.

 

anyone with a similar problem / solution?

After editing a lot in a survey, the responses page stays empty. I do see the results/report part...It looks like this:

The survey is going live now 😬. Refreshing does not help. Logging out also does not work. Does it have something to do with cookies? Does anyone know?

Hi @DenDen Thanks for stopping by and apologies for the troubles accessing your responses. Do you happen to have a large amount (ex, 100,000+) of responses? This might be the issue, but if not, contact our support team here so they can see the errors on the backend! We don’t have any outages at the moment that would be causing this.

The solution that worked with me:

Deleted the Cache in Safari. All worked fine after that.
