he tenido problemas con las etiquetas en mailchimp, cuando typeforms manda los contactos a mailchimp les da una etiqueta aleatoria y no la que le he asignado

¿Qué puedo hacer para que los mande con la etiqueta correcta y una al azar?

If you haven’t already, I would first suggest deleting the integration entirely and then re-adding it to see if that solves the tagging issue.
