Hello! We are using Typeform for customer feedback (CSat), receiving many dozens of responses each day. I have set this up to send responses to Slack, so that all of our staff can engage with the feedback and surface insights. 

However, it’s too many responses and too much noise.

The fix: only send to slack if the comment field is 100 or more characters. I’ve reviewed hundreds of comments and the quickest path to very interesting insights is to filter by length. 

If Typeform had the feature to only send a response based on the condition of one or more fields, it would be a game changer.

Hi @meeep Happy Thursday! I hope you’re having a lovely week so far. Thanks for sending this feedback our way. I agree that it would be handy! I’ve shared this with the product team. 

In the meantime, you could use Zapier to connect the two platforms and only send over data according to any filters set in the zap.
