Redirect to new page after submit doesn't work in Chrome

Dear Community,

We created a typeform to enable visitors to easily navigate our services. Once the visitor selects the service they want, they click submit. The expected behavior is the submit would direct them to a booking page where they can schedule the service.

In Firefox, the submit opens the new window with the booking page. However, it doesn’t work in Chrome. We installed a fresh version of Chrome with no plugins/extensions, and it doesn’t work on the desktop as well as mobile.

Please help as we just launched it and hoping to resolve this before too many people are affected. Our website is bodyhealtherapy.com. Click the “start here” button.

I wanted to add that when the visitor clicks submit, the button shows the pinwheel icon for a second and then changes color. Nothing else happens. Pop ups are allowed. Also, Typeform records the response.

We tested the site on multiple devices. Firefox works. Chrome doesn’t. So weird.

In Chrome, we found the following message in the Console about an error in the javascript.

 

“Unsafe attempt to initiate navigation for frame with origin 'https://www-bodyhealtherapy-com.filesusr.com' from frame with URL 'https://form.typeform.com/to/gGKZRMaA?typeform-embed-id=39699865526638534&typeform-embed=popup-blank&typeform-source=www-bodyhealtherapy-com.filesusr.com&typeform-medium=snippet&typeform-medium-version=next'. The frame attempting navigation is neither same-origin with the target, nor is it the target's parent or opener.”

 

The typeform is embedded in a Wix website. Should we reach out to Wix instead?

@kineticchains - Wix has caused issues for other folks who’ve posted in the Community. I would suggest raising a ticket with them and raising a ticket with Typeform Support at this link.

Wix was not helpful as they do not deal with 3rd party code. Hopefully Typeform can assist. Ticket submitted. Thanks for the suggestion, @john.desborough!
