update salesforce record

is it possible to update an existing record ?; it seems that the default behavior is always create a new record? I even selected to math by email as key but still new records get created

I think this is such a big weakness of the tool.

Hi @maxi7 Thanks for stopping by! Great question. Our integration will update the record for you so long as the First NameLast Name and Email values match with an existing record. If these values don’t match, it will create a new record.
