Hey @Benson I would recommend reaching out to the support team so they can take a look at your account and see why this is happening. You can create a ticket via this link, just make sure you are logged into your account first 

Typeform is suck. Nobody has fixed this issue since I asked for help, even I contacted their support team. I lost my all files that it is important to me. Don’t use this tool or you will lose a lot.
