Retrieving results from Free Plan

Hello there. I need you help in retrieving lost responses to a form.

Last Friday I created a new form with the Free Plan and sent the form to over 70 persons to complete. I didn’t realise it was limited to 10 responses until after the 70 persons completed the form. So I am only able to view the first 10 results. I just upgraded to the Basic Plan hoping I would be able to view the rest of the results, but I cannot.

Is there any way you can retrieve the results that were submitted before I upgraded??

Many thanks

Hi @malapitanchris Do you mind sending a screenshot of what you’re seeing (or not seeing)? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Liz , thank you for your reply.

Please see below screenshot of my results page:

Looking forward to your help in retrieving the results not on display.

Many thanks

Thanks, @malapitanchris ! Did you upgrade the account? Otherwise, it’s possible that the form closed to new respondents, which is why you’re not seeing further results more than 10.

Hi @Liz , thank you for your reply.

Yes, I upgraded my account to the Basic Plan, but only after the form closed to new respondents.

Is there any possible way you can retrieve the results even after it closed after 10 results?

Hi @malapitanchris Ah, I see. Sadly, if the form is closed, it wasn’t possible for the respondents to submit their response, so we wouldn’t have any way of having that data. 😪

Hi @Liz , thank you for your help.

No problem, @malapitanchris ! It’s not the best answer, but if you have any other questions, please let me know!
