Can we construct this logic?

I have a multiple choice question where it has three options. X, Y and Z. I want to construct a logic such that when the respondent selects X he is only shown the questions from X in the question group.

You can do that by using the logic jump feature to create different paths for your respondents based on their answers. This way, the respondents will only see the questions that are relevant to them.
