Creating a price estimator – what's the best way to do this?

I’m creating a price estimator for window cleaning. I have the logic ready – the user answers the following questions, and there should be points for every answer.

• How big is your house?
• How many stories is your house?
• Do you want the inside of your windows cleaned, too?
• Do you want solar screens cleaned? (if so, how many – this is a logic step based on yes/no)
• Do you want sliding door tracks lubricated? (if so, how many – this is a logic step based on yes/no)

Just want to know the best way forward to get this done.
