Hi

It has happened more than 2 times, that out of sudden, a Survey has its Webhook configuration erased, but not due to human intervention. I just noticed on these occasions, that I’m not receiving the data from answered surveys via Webhook, and when I go to the survey configuration, I see that the Webhook configuration is gone:

 

  It’s clear to me, that this is a bug on the platform. I would like to know if other people have experienced this behavior and if Typeform team has something to say related to this issue, which again: it happens from time to time.

This is odd indeed, it should not happen.

Are those webhooks created via API or via the UI?

I think this is probably better to address via a support ticket so we could debug things properly with you.
