I have changed email address I would like to use, however I am still getting alerts of new sign ups on my old email account. Could anyone help me?

Hi @nov Thanks for stopping by! Did you publish your form after making the changes? If not, the notifications will be sent to the previous settings in your notification. 

Let me know if publishing the form doesn’t solve the issue!

Have you tried what my friend @Liz suggested above? It's very important to publish your form after making any changes. :blush:  Let me know if you were able to fix the problem!

How do I change my email address on the site please I cant see no option for it anywhere?

Hi @ptma You can follow the steps here to update the email address for notifications. 

If you want to update the email address on your account, you can do so following these steps.

Hi, I have changed my email adress, made some modifications to my typeform and published it. But I’m still receiving notification to my old adress… Any solution pls?
