Is it possible to get a refund on a yearly paid plan? Those changes really don't make me feel comfortable on using this tool for my small business.

We won’t be able to answer that here in the community, any refund type of conversation needs to be had with our ‘always handy’ support team. See how to contact them here.
However, your plan isn’t changing - we are not forcing people on legacy plans to move to the new plans. You can continue using the legacy version as long as you don't make any changes to your plan.
