hi I’ve followed your instructions to cancel a subscription but unfortunately your ‘ Cancel subscription button is not on the plan and billing page. Please advise how I can cancel the subscription

If not, it may be worth getting in touch with our support team who can pop into your account and see what’s going on. If you scroll to the bottom of the page here, you’ll be able to contact them. Just be sure to contact them from the email on your account!
