I am using a multi-language form with a QR code. All participants were able to open the form with the QR code. However, roughly half can see the translation option while the other half cannot. How can I trouble shoot this problem?

Hello, I sent the URL via support chat. Support suggested that the multi-language form was not working on the phone because English may have been selected in the phone’s browser. I checked this with the individuals and this was not the case. They did not have English selected. Is there any other troubleshooting I can do?
