Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to transfer information from one survey to another, but that you can send the second survey later. Would like to hear from you!

Hi @Leapforce Welcome to the community! If you’re storing the information somewhere, like a CRM system or email service provider (like Mailchimp), most platforms have a merge fields option to pass information into a URL through a hidden field. An example of this can be found here

To do this, you would need to be sure that the information from your first form is sent to the location where you’re holding the data. If you can use a service we integrate with, like Mailchimp, it will definitely make the process a lot easier!

The company name will be stored in Hubspot, is it possible to use that one?

Hi @Leapforce Ah yes, this should be possible then, if you’re sending the email from within Hubspot. There’s a great post about this on their community here
