Does anyone know why when I go under the “share” tab and copy the link via email...when I send the link to myself to test, the form is already filled out with answers..? I created a proposal questionnaire form - 1 form meant to service many. How is it that prefilled answers are showing up?

@ryan.carter - if you had started to fill out a version of the form and not yet submitted it - prior to the one you just sent yourself - your answers would be stored in your browser cache for 15 days. 

suggest you run the test, submit your answers, then clear your cache and try again .. just to see. also check from an incognito browser session.
