I see that I can download individual responses in excel but I’d like to download the report in excel, too. All I need is the #of answers and % as it’s a survey we use regularly that has only multiple choice questions.

Hi 
It's currently not possible to export the report in excel, but you could export the responses and create your own report by creating formulas and summarising the numbers in excel. It's not as intuitive as downloading the report automatically, but hopefully this will work for you.

I have Basic licence. On mobile phone, using different browser and even desktop view, I can find "export to excel" option, normaly visible at my laptop. Where is the problem?
