Hello,

I’m seeking a solution to streamline my current manual workflow.

I manage over ten surveys, each with the same set of questions and answers, targeting users in various countries. These surveys are in multiple languages, making it challenging to generate reports automatically. Currently, I use Google Sheets, but I have to manually translate non-English responses before matching and counting them with their English counterparts.

Is there a way to automate this process? I came across an article about using Google Data Studio, but I’m unsure if it can handle multiple languages effectively.

Thank you!

@john.desborough have you ever used Google Data Studio in multiple languages?

I didn’t. Is there a way to create mapping tables with it?

@Liz @j.biondini - what i have done in the past is to have each language form submit to separate google sheets. THEN i have a ‘consolidating sheet’ (you can do this with tabs in one sheet if you want) where i pull in data… you can set up a function to do a vlookup in another tab that looks for ‘language A term’ in column A and returns the value in column B.. ie english version.

that’s the ‘fastest’ way to do it simply in Google Sheets.
