Well I guess this screenshot is pretty self explanatory of the issue.
Therefore I have no data on my questions related to “views” or “drop-off”.

I use Typeform on a weekly basis and never encountered any issue of this kind before.

Did that ever happen to any of you ?

I’m using the “start a conversation” typeform, I guess that missing data might be linked to that ?

I don't have any issues on my side. In this specific case, someone would need to check your form and investigate further. Since this isn't something we can do in the community, I'd advise you check directly with the support team. You can contact them here.

 

💡 Important tips: Make sure you share the URL of your typeform. This way, the team will receive your request and they will be able to investigate the issue right away. Also, you may want to contact support from the email of your Typeform account. This is because non-typeform users would get a different priority.
