Multiple lines with text input?

Hi,

 

I know there is a topic about “multiple lines with input for number”, but in my case I want the same but for text input and really want to avoid several text input questions, ie. I want to ask one single question with sub-answers such as:

 

How to you like your drink?

Option 1: In a glass Y/N. Please provide the color: TEXT INPUT

Option 2: With ice cubes Y/N. Please provide the number of cubes: TEXT INPUT

Option 3: Take-away Y/N. Please provide the day/hour: TEXT INPUT

 

 

Any solution except the text input one? Thx!

Hi @Tutku thanks for stopping by the community! Similar to the other thread, our forms show one question at a time since we’ve seen higher engagement with this. This isn’t a feature we offer for text inputs, but you could use Question Groups to group the questions together so the form doesn’t seem as lengthy. Would that help? :grinning:
