Hi all.

My typeform is a shopping cart (Embed in my site). If my delivery does not reach the customer's location, the customer can submit their address to collect the data and add more areas in the future.

Is it possible to tell to the facebook pixel which one ends up being a conversion and which one doesn't?

thanks in advance

Glad to see you again, @sebastiancv !

I spoke to the Typeform gods ( @Ylli  to be precise ) and they say this isn’t possible, and I quote:

this is not possible since the typeformSubmit event can’t differentiate which lead is qualified or unqualified for a specific criteria. The event is fired on every submit, regardless

Let us know if there’s anything else we can look into for you.

Have a good day.

Thank @Gabriel !

I’ ll try to find some workaround.

have a good day too!

Has anyone found a way to solve this? I have a very similar problem as @sebastiancv .

Some of the people answering to my typeform cannot be considered “conversions”.

I’ve come across this issue as well. Any updates on successful workarounds?

Hi @Aldo_r and @tinar001 I’m afraid we don’t have any workarounds for this at the moment.

@mathio or @picsoung are you two aware of any?

I am not familiar how Facebook Pixel works, but I think you could fire any custom events to your FB Pixel in onSubmit callback.
