Some Typeforms not connecting to Slack once they're made Private Channels, but others are?

Hi, I successfully have connected Typeform to Slack in public channels, then made them private channels and the Slack channels keep receiving responses. However I have a few older Typeforms which this simply does not work for. As soon as I make the channel private, it no longer sends responses. Do I need to refresh the link URL, change a setting, create a whole new form? Thanks

Hi @DeanW Thanks for stopping by the community! If you haven’t already, I would suggest trying to delete the integration on those forms and re-adding it.

Hi @DeanW In those private channels, have you added Typeform as an app? You can do so like this:

Huh. In that case, I’d suggest reaching out to our tech team here. They might be able to look at the integration setup and logs to see why the data isn’t passing correctly to Slack, @DeanW .
