Typeform Trigger based on CRM consent record

Hi!,

We’re pretty new to typeform and I have recently discoverd the hidden fields aspect. We integrated wiht our Salesforce CRM and we are using the GTM tags to publish the typeform on our website to capture new leads. Im not a developer, but we have a great team i could pass on info to.

One question i have, can we use Hidden fields to only trigger the popup if the web visitor is 1. unrecognized and 2. has no newsletter subscription record or is opted-out in our CRM? If we are doing pure lead gen activities, i would like to exclude our customers who are already engaged.

Also, could the pop-up be triggered by recognizing UTM parameters from social media sites?
