Workflow is not recording multiple choice answers.

Does anyone know why the mutiple choice answers are not being recorded in workflow for typeform? I been trying to contact workflow but they never responsed to my email. If anyone know anything about this please let me know. Thank you

Hi @Avillar thanks for stopping by! Could you provide a URL of the form you’re referencing or a video of what’s happening? Anything you can share for some context would be really helpful!

The first two snapshots are the multiple choice questions that i want to be recorded from workflow to my email. However once they are completed and submitted i dont get the response as you can see on the third snapshot

Hi @Avillar Thanks for sending that over! Though, I can’t quite tell what’s happening in the screenshots. :( Would you mind sending a video? Or, if you prefer, could you send: 

  1. A screenshot of your notification settings
  2. The URL of the form
