embed form in external domain - how to track

I need to place a Typeform form on a website domain. Currently, this site has its own form, but I want to replace it with one from Typeform.  we use Google Tag Manager to track when someone submits a form and goes to the thank-you page. My question is: when using a Typeform form, which is hosted on a different domain, will Google Tag Manager still be able to track the submissions correctly? This is important because the form will now reside on an external domain, How does this work anyone help?

Does Google Translate no-longer work with Typeform?

For years we had people successfully completing our Typeform(s) in many languages, using Google Translate.e.g. https://translate.google.com/?sl=en&tl=es&op=websites(via Google Translate website or browser plugin)However, recently Google Translate seems to not work with Typeform any more… Has anyone found a solution to this?

Always getting "access_denied" error in access token api /oauth/token even if all credentials are correct

 I'm encountering an issue generating access and refresh tokens via the https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token API. Despite double-checking all keys and credentials, I consistently receive the following error. {    "error": "access_denied",    "error_description": "Unauthorized"} Can anyone offer assistance? Thank you in advance.

Phone autofill bug on mobile device

Hi,  I have a very big issue an all my forms. Tested on embed forms, direct links, on many websites made by me or competitors.I have phone field OR contact field with phone number activated. When I autofill phone field with iOS Chrome autosuggest, my phone number is filled but field color is still in grey (placeholder color) instead of black (response color). when I click on Next button or around the field to remove the focus, my phone is replaced by placeholder text.My iOS Chrome phone suggestion is without regional prefix. Tested on french setup for the phone field. Safari is fine. Is anyone have same problem ? You cas test here : https://shorturl.at/jtKV9Thanks for helping.

Updating an existing form with new questions through API

Hi, I would love to be able to have a new form be created each day (form title would be todays date) with POST then throughout each day, have the API add new multiple choice questions to the end of that initial form.  The new data would come from a third party source that I would feed into the new questions.  Is this possible with Patch or Put?  I am seeing how I might have to recreate each existing question for each Patch or Put but maybe that is not the case?Also does Typeform allow partial submissions?  I would love to be able to submit form answering existing questions, send those answers to google sheets, then (via above) have the API add my new questions to the end of the form then allow me to submit answers to those new questions throughout the day.Any help would be much appreciated!  Thanks -AAK

Feature to verify phone number

Hello, we would like to implement a phone number validation on one of our contact form.The ideal solution for us would be a using OTP system (like the one from Twilio). As per my understanding it will require an API. According to TypeForm help support, there is no native solution  We are looking for the best manner to implement this verification via API or any other way, does anyone  know any example of something similar done on a form ? Or have any advices ?Thanks in advance

Application + New Hire Onboarding

Hello all,I used typeform to make an application and I also have an onboarding form (lets users take training and sign the certificates and upload) is there a way to somehow connect/combine them? I do not need a separate table for answers from the 2nd form… I want to be able to save the extra answers under the same user’s data (all answers in one place) I want to sync basic info to my website so I could utilize hidden fields and somehow accomplish this but if it can be done here I wouldn’t need to work as hard lol

PageSpeed (TBT)

Is it possible to create (?) info pop ups?

Hello,  I am trying to find out a way to have a (?) information pop up next to some multiple choice answers, in which the user could hover or click on, and a info pop up can appear. Im wanting to give the user some more information to make a multiple choice decision. Tyepform does this when pointing out new features. (see pic) Does anyone know if this is possible or if there is another creative solution?  I don’t want to include this added information in the description section, as it becomes to ‘busy’ too quickly.  Matt

How to customise name field at contact info content

Even though I already connected with Slack before changing all status, after I changed last name field at 'contact info' to not required status, then got an error that the last name not shown in slack  because in korea, we normally type name to last name+first name in order.We call name= 이름  and first name = 이름, It’s same…..The divided fields make ppl confused to type name rather than combined for Korea user.    my question is that I have to connect with slack whenever I revise contents and there insn’t any method to combine Last name + first name field for Korean ?

Typeform sending infinite requests to my webhook

Hi I’ve created a Workflow on retool which works as my webhook. I then create a webhook on Typeform using the url from retool.On submission of a Typeform it sends multiple/infinite number of requests to my webhook, one after each other. I’ve just deleted the webhook on Typeform when this happens as this stops it from making requests. I’ve deleted and recreated the webhook on Typeform twice.Any idea why this is happening and if there is some work around?

Facebook Domain Verification - .pro Domain

Hey, I have a quick question about the Facebook Domain verification:I noticed that the suggested domain name from the Typeform Facebook Connector for the verifcation looks like ‘XXXXXX.pro.typeform.com’. In contrast, when I open the Typeform I can see that its hosted on XXXXXX.typeform.com.Is the “.pro” an issue for a proper domain verification?thanks

Typeform Cloning Automation

I’m looking to build a subscription platform that provides each new subscriber with a cloned set of forms already integrated into a dashboard (or google sheet). I’m wondering if someone has done something similar or can help me with this project. The forms can be exact replicas but need to be unique to each new subscriber.

Programmatically insert choices into a Dropdown

I'd like to be able to programmatically update/insert choices into a dropdown field using the Create API.Our use case is that each client could have differing values for this dropdown field.It looks as though each choice in the json for a dropdown needs an 'id', 'ref' and 'label'. I have the labels but not the others.It is possible to dynamically/programmatically insert choices into a dropdown?

Custom HTML Email in Follow Ups

Hi! I’m trying to add design to Follow Ups emails to responders without adding a third party integration service. I have an HTML code that when I paste, I am just getting the code emailed to me. Any thoughts? The “How To” video says you can past in custom code so curious why it’s not working.
