Uploading GIF gives "file type not supported"

Hi community. I have searched this over and over again, but I can’t find the actual solution here in the forum. I am trying to use a .gif file that meets the requirements, under 4 mb and .gif

Any ideas? I am including a screenshot so you can see what I am uploading.

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi @maquencova Thanks for stopping by and apologies for the trouble. A gif like that should be working. Do you mind messaging me the image link so I can try uploading it to my forms?

Hi @maquencova how’s it going? Don’t forget to share the image link so we can test it out 😊

Hi! I am having the same issue just like her. Could you please help me? I made sure the the file is under 4mb but I cannot upload it

I’m having the same problem. My file is 8,840 KB in size but still can’t be uploaded to Typeform.

Hi @isak @GBeltrami are you using the correct file type? Can you let us know if it’s just one image that this happens with or multiple?

It might be worth contacting our support team here so they can test the image for you 😊

I am having the same GIF problem, dimensions and size are ok though
