Canceled plan still charged money | Community

Hello, one year ago I joined typeform and picked a plan to play around a bit. After doing that the next day I canceled my subscription. However after a year I get charged 540€ out of nowhere which is very scary. In the invoice it says that its free and that its a yearly plan but I still got charged 540€ anout which no information is to be found. I already contactee refund team but no one is replying to me. What can I do in this situation? I’m really devastated after this event.

Hi @sachtininkas48 Thanks for stopping by the community. You’ll need to contact our billing team here for any billing-related issues, as they have access to your account and invoices. 

How long does it usually take for billing team to respond?
