Help - I can’t find my survey results? Has anyone else had this?

I upgraded to paid Typeform plan, send survey out, initially saw responses coming in.  Now when I log on my account shows as the Free Plan and I can’t see my survey or results.  I’ve messaged contact help centre. Has anyone else had this problem? Please say they will find my results for my research…….

Hi @HFarmer Thanks for stopping by the community! Did you happen to create the form under a different workspace than the one you’re looking at?

Hey @HFarmer! Hope you're having a nice day. Were you able to talk with our support team? What did they say? Don't forget to send an update here!

Hello I created a survey and now I can not see it or check the responses.

Hi @palommeh Thanks for stopping by! I’m able to see the form you posted. Do you know if respondents have clicked the submit button? If not, their answers won’t be recorded in the Results page

I have also had this problem. I cannot see or download any responses. Just a blank page. I know people have answered because responses are in the summary section. I can only view the responses in my connected Google Sheet in Google Drive but I at least want the option to view them in Typeform and download them separately if I need to. This has only started happening today.

Hi @djprescott77 Do you mind trying to clear the browser cache and cookies to see if that solves the issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Liz we’re experiencing the same issue that @djprescott77 has. It’s temporarily fixed as we can access it through an incognito window (fyi we’re using MS Edge). However, the usual browser remains blank after clearing the cache and cookies.

Hi @WorkProMarketing Hm, usually clearing the cache/cookies does the trick. If that’s still not working, I would contact our support team here to see if they can help figure out why it won’t load for you.
