Typeform Subscription upgraded but still showing basic

Hello, I have upgraded my subscription but my account still says free. I have the receipt from my bank account and the invoice from Typeform but my account still hasn’t upgraded. I dont know how to solve this issue

Cheat Proof Evaluation

I’ve created an form that a guest can evaluate an employee experience. The guest clicks on their name out of the list of employees and rewards the employee a point. The more points the employee gets, they get certain perks and benefits, possibly a cafe/lunch exchange program can be created out of this. Anyone do something like this? How do you prevent employees or guests that know employees from cheating? Thank you for any help or guidance in advance!

Reinstate the Ability to Download Research Responses as a PDF

Hello there, a few weeks ago, I was able to download the complete survey results in PDF format, which was incredibly useful for analysing the data quickly in ChatGPT. It also saved me a lot of time, reducing the report creation time from several days to just a few hours. However, I have noticed that we can no longer download the results in PDF format, and can only download them in an Excel spreadsheet, which cannot be read in ChatGPT.I would like to understand the reason behind this change, as it is causing a lot of inconvenience and slowing down the analysis process. Currently, we can only download a summary of the results, in PDF format which is not sufficient for our needs. Is there a possibility of restoring this feature again?

Idea - Sheets Integration for Logic

I would love if it was possible to integrate sheets into logic to make values easier to change, quickly.For exampleIf 1a = xyzAdd Sheet1. A4 to score.I think this would make updating prices such an easy task, and allow my business to produce significantly more forms without the time consumption it takes to edit every logic value.

terrible pricing changes. alternatives?

They are offering much less but charging much more in every single plan. It really doesn’t matter if you are an old or new customer, cause in the end you will need to change or update something and that will make you change to a new plan. So, the question is simple. Can someone recomend me better alternatives?

Typeform Roadmap

Hi,I was wondering if there's a dedicated roadmap available for Typeform. I completely appreciate the need for discretion regarding upcoming features to maintain a competitive edge. However, it would be immensely helpful for Typeform users, like myself, to have some insight into what's currently in development and what's firmly planned for the future. This information would enable us to strategize our projects more effectively. While I'm aware and impressed by the innovative projects such as VideoAsk, I've noticed that Typeform seems to have been somewhat overlooked recently in terms of new features and updates.To enhance Typeform's functionality, I believe the following additions would be incredibly beneficial:Integration with Apple Pay and Google Wallet for smoother transaction processes. Text size and video stutter. Can you help?

Hi. Just wondering if there may be any possible way for your team to modify the text sizes between portrait and wider landscape views to be more relatable to the rest of the text on the screen on VideoAsk? At the moment I have to select extra small as the option (which is the option I need to select to get the text to display to what I deem as an appropriate size for the wider screen view). See image below. However, when viewed in mobile it goes too small (much smaller than the rest of the text on the screen) and it appears I cannot adapt the sizing to suit from my side. Is this something your team could look at amending so there is a default that covers similar sizing to the answers and subtitles on mobile? I would be most grateful if this is something your team could consider modifying the default settings to accommodate this.The last thing I have noticed is that on the wider screen embed option as per the screenshot below. When you scroll on the page the video stutters a fair bit. I

Compatibility concerns: Typeform issues on Intel Core i7 laptops?

Hey everyone, I recently purchased a new laptop with an Intel Core i7 processor, and I've been encountering some compatibility issues with Typeform. Whenever I try to use Typeform on my laptop, it seems to lag or freeze intermittently, making it quite frustrating to use. get value of total response and value of limit response?

those value , I want to display on the starting page/landing page/welcome screen/ws. so that user aware that form is available for how many left.plus my suggestion is, for now the limit is only set by numbers, can we custom the limit of dropdown dates and then have their own limits response based on list of that dates.
