Independent Layout/Design Capability for Desktop and Mobile Versions of the Same Survey - CRITICAL

Please add this functionality. It’s so needed. Have your development team think about website development. On virtually any modern platform, SquareSpace for example, you are able to create a separate layout for mobile vs desktop, as image cropping and text ALWAYS need to be adapted and optimized on desktop and mobile independently to optimize the experience. Your platform is great for surveys and our company is moving to use it exclusively, but this basic functionality is an absolute MUST. Especially considering people that are strong designers and want to leverage imagery and layout to create really well-designed, custom survey experiences for their audience. It’s impossible to do this with a horizontal (desktop) layout that is exactly the same and inextricably linked to a narrow, vertical layout (mobile). Hello???

I’ve been having trouble with my account, and I haven’t been able to find any way to contact support. I saw that if I upgraded to Business, it includes “Live Chat” support. So I upgraded to Business specifically for this feature…. and the “Live Chat” appears to be broken. Is there anyone at typeform that can contact me?

Any way to show an image-only or info-only step?

I’m looking to set up a feedback form, but would like to show specific images or info on a step/slide before jumping into questions, as the feedback will be based on said image/info. It’s also important no to cover this up with a button, otherwise a full screen background image using a statement might have been a workaround. Any way to do this currently? Thanks!

Strange bug with google translate

Hi Evrybody,I notice a very weird bug on one of my forms.The language in which the form is created is French.One of the people to whom the form is sent is Italian. By translating the form into Italian with "Google translate on Chrome" the form stops working. But as soon as the translator is deactivated and the form is completed in French, everything works.Has anyone ever had such a bug, and how to fix it?Thank you.Check the screenshot link below.Video Screenshot of the bug

Files not working

I have tried to email you about this but haven’t got any answers.. I have had your typeform for a year now with no problem, all of a sudden half of my clients were unable to upload their images in the files.. I need to know if this was some bug that has been fixed or what because otherwise I don’t trust this again. This was a huge problem since I’m using it for “before and after” pictures for my clients.

Form Not forwarding to ending

Please implement a question respository for use in multiple typeforms

I want to be able to copy individual questions or question groups (with logic) to other typeforms. I think the best way to do that is to create a question repository for often used questions, question groups (with logic) and/or complete typeform templates. An extra feature to be able to share those again between colleagues or friends.That way we can drag and drop to make custom typeforms quickly or combine the good stuff from different typeforms and also maintain uniformity in how questions are asked (and answered) which helps a great deal with integrations especially.

Other option won't be recorded if users don't press Enter key

Hi,Just want to report a bug (or a design issue?). When users select one or more options, and then type something in “Other” in a multiple selection question, and click Submit without pressing enter key or clicking on the tick button, what s/he just typed won‘t be recorded in their response.

Privacy Shield decion of EU Court - EU users

“The adequacy decision on the EU-US Privacy Shield was adopted on 12 July 2016 and allowed the free transfer of data to companies certified in the US under the Privacy Shield. In its judgment of 16 July 2020 (Case C-311/18), the Court of Justice of the European Union invalidated the adequacy decision. The EU-US Privacy Shield is therefore no longer a valid mechanism to transfer personal data from the European Union to the United States. “How has Typeform reacted to this decision as it is no longer under the “umbrella” of the Privacy Shield? The current information on privacy points to most data being stored in the US and creates a problem for businesses and organizations in EU.

Improvements to Postman guide

Hi,I think the information currently in the Developers guide on Postman could be clearer. I also think there should be a way on there to give feedback, like there is on the community area.So, specifically, I had a lot of confusion setting up my typeform_personal_token. I’ve been using without problem in python scripts, but couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting authorised in Postman.Based on the information here, I added my token into my global variables, I even followed the linked global variable guide to verify this was working. But once I added my global variable and sent a request I was getting this response:{"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers"}And I couldn’t understand what was going wrong… It turns out there was an extra step which is possibly obvious if you’re experiencd with Postman, i’m not. But I think the instructions above could be extended.The missing piece was on the “Get hands-on” page where I saw t
