Hi there, I’m new to Typeform, and I lost some data due to changing a question type on a survey that went live and started collecting responses yesterday. I searched for guides to retrieve it and found this: Editing a typeform that’s already live and collecting responses. It was stated on this article that I’ll see a warning for changes that could affect or lose the responses I’ve collected. Yet, that didn’t happen to me. No warning dialog box appeared when I changed the question type on my form. I would’ve been able to download the responses had I known that I’ll lose some of the responses. I hope anybody can help. Thanks!
Hey team, I am looking to utilize TypeForm for my small business. In short, as a small business owner it is tough to justify the added expense. But Using the I did some research on free alternatives. However to make a long story less long, nothing is as good (sexy+ secure)as TypeForm. I am looking for the ability to create a new client intake form. 25 questions max. 2-3 responses per month. Nothing fancy, but I don’t seem to be able to do this without paying with TypeForm? Can anybody offer a work around using TypeForm?

That little funnel in the bottom right that you click to see how people are interacting with your videoask? So I’ve been with Typeform since the beginning and was grandfathered to 100 responses a month, now it’s 10? I would have considered something reasonable regarding pricing, but come on guys and gals...this service is not worth $25/month and billed annually at $300/year...it’s a rip off! I’ll be going back to Google documents temporarily and probably integrate something into my website for a fraction of the cost.
I don’t know if anyone from Typeform reads this, but so far everything has been great with the product in terms of easy onboarding. But now I have one question, and there is no way to contact support. From being one minute away of becoming a paying customer, you have now lost me. Probably a strategic choice from your side, but still wanted to share my side of it. Companies that don’t want to talk to me, I dont want to pay.

Hi there,For a project I need to send one same form to 400 employees. The challenge is that all employees are restricted to submit the form one time and it needs to be anonymous. I have a paid account.My ideaIs it possible that Typeform creates multiple url’s for the same form with a limit of one respons per url (the form needs to stay open for the rest of the url’s)? It would be nice if this can work together with Mailchimp, so I can dynamically add the url’s. This means that the url has to “close” whenever the form has been submitted.If someone has a better idea, please feel free to share! It is a sensitive subject so I cant choose for the option where I deduplicate
Hi, is it possible to flag up when users enter dates that are out of sequence or have gaps? I am capturing start and end dates for employment. I want to make sure that users cannot enter a finish date that is before the start date they have entered for the same job.I also want to highlight if there are any gaps between jobsI also want to calculate the duration of each jobIs any of this possible in Typeform?
I just paid for a full year of Typeform, and less than a month later I see the new plans. I am a one person business and it feels like I can't trust the tool in the long run. To keep getting more than 1000 responses I will have to pay much more for a tool that is already expensive. Does anyone else feel this way? Just venting, I know. But it is frustrating and makes me reconsider my future using Typeform.
We have been wrongly charged by Typeform and can not find a way to talk to their team other than this community forum. Shouldn’t they have a support email, a place to raise tickets, or simply, a phone number?Disappointing
Hey all,I wanted to showcase a startup we (Unicorn Road) helped launch to start the new year in the mental health space. They’re called “Stigma” and are aiming to reduce the stigma that comes from mental health.Users can post their ‘ask for hope’ using VideoAsk, then users in the community with similar conditions (e.g. anxiety, OCD, depression, etc) can reach out to the to ‘offer hope’ through a reply. We’re leveraging VideoAsk for all the video-based functionality and doing a lot of things with custom fields to pass member data in. It’s a combination of Webflow + Memberstack + AirTable + VideoAsk. We’ll eventually take them into a custom solution but for an MVP it’s been fantastic as a testing ground.
