How LuvSMM Uses Typeform to Improve Customer Engagement and SMM Panel Performance

At LuvSMM, one of India’s top SMM Panel platforms, we continuously look for ways to simplify user interactions, improve customer experience, and gather valuable feedback from our users.

We recently started integrating Typeform into our SMM workflows to enhance communication and performance tracking. Here’s how Typeform helps us deliver better social media marketing services:

1. Onboarding & Feedback Collection
We use custom Typeform surveys to collect feedback from users after every SMM service order. This allows us to track satisfaction, identify issues, and improve service quality.

2. Lead Generation & Support Forms
Instead of using traditional forms, Typeform helps us create engaging and interactive forms for new clients, resellers, and agency partners. This improves conversion rates and gives a better first impression.

3. Performance Tracking & Automation
By integrating Typeform with Google Sheets and Zapier, we automate reporting and collect insights that help optimize campaign performance for services like YouTube growth, Instagram followers, and Telegram engagement.

4. Data for SEO & Blog Strategy
We also use Typeform responses to understand user interests — helping us publish more relevant blogs like “Best Indian SMM Panel 2025” and “Telegram SMM Panel Guide” on LuvSMM.com/blog.

Our goal: to make social media marketing smarter, faster, and more data-driven — and Typeform has been a key tool in achieving that.

If anyone in the community has experience integrating Typeform with other marketing platforms (like CRMs or ad dashboards), we’d love to learn from your workflow ideas!

Hi @rathoreseo thanks for sharing your story, so great to hear Typeform is helping to creating engaging workflows and improve customer engagement.

Do you have any typeforms you could share here in the community? Or links to landing pages or campaigns where you’ve shared a typeform? I’m sure the folks here would love to see something.
