Question

Impossible to contact support

So there is this Support menu under “?” but it comes back with a chat box and consistently “Couldn’t load messages. Tap to retry.” So I tried the “Help Center” which is a collection of how-to’s which doesn’t help. The “Still got questions? Feel free to contact us.” link simply refreshes the Help Center page. There is no published support@typeform.com but I might try that as a Hail Mary.

I am trying to report an inconsistency in the wording of the Access & Scheduling options which created a major issue for us but there seems to be no way to do that.

.. and of course the support@typeform.com email just auto responds directing to the non-functional chat and help pages.

@Martin B - if you are logged into your Typeform account, you should be able to use this link to get to the page that allows you to submit a ticket

I’ve discovered that the “Sign In” button on the help page does nothing under Firefox (Linux). It does not present a login form but just loops back to the help welcome page. When I use Chrome (Linux) it functions correctly. It is not possible to log in to help.typeform.com with Firefox on Linux. Maybe it’s different on Windows/Mac.

The “Sign In” is quite bizarre even when it works. When I successfully login under Chrome, then click “Sign out”, clicking ”Sign in” again takes me straight to my logged in session without having to enter a password. So the Sign out does nothing. (I’m not logged in on another session.)

Also, logging in to the Typeform dashboard (admin.typeform.com) does not log the user into help.typeform.com, which is a pain.
