At LuvSMM, one of India’s top SMM Panel platforms, we continuously look for ways to simplify user interactions, improve customer experience, and gather valuable feedback from our users. We recently started integrating Typeform into our SMM workflows to enhance communication and performance tracking. Here’s how Typeform helps us deliver better social media marketing services:1. Onboarding & Feedback CollectionWe use custom Typeform surveys to collect feedback from users after every SMM service order. This allows us to track satisfaction, identify issues, and improve service quality.2. Lead Generation & Support FormsInstead of using traditional forms, Typeform helps us create engaging and interactive forms for new clients, resellers, and agency partners. This improves conversion rates and gives a better first impression.3. Performance Tracking & AutomationBy integrating Typeform with Google Sheets and Zapier, we automate reporting and collect insights that help optimize campai
Hey Community, We’re evolving our AI to make it easier to create forms and workflows through a quick conversation—just chat to create. 🤌 Since this is something you’ll be using and helping shape, we want you in on the fun part: naming it. Got a name that feels fresh, fun, or just right for it? We want to hear it! Creativity encouraged, crass entries politely ignored. Help us shape what this next chapter of Typeform sounds and looks like here👇 Thanks a lot, excited to hear what wonderful names you come up with!
Currently, when connecting a Typeform to Slack, HubSpot, or other platforms, integrations rely on the individual user’s authorization token. This creates a serious limitation: If that user leaves the company or their account is deactivated, the integration breaks. To prevent this, organizations often rely on a single “integration owner” who must log in and set up every integration for all Typeforms. This is inefficient and fragile. Proposed solution: Introduce a Master Authorization Setting, tied to a designated “master account” or “service account.” This account would supply a single, persistent authorization token that other users and integrations in the workspace could leverage. Admins could manage and rotate this token securely without being dependent on one individual user’s login credentials. Why this matters: Reduces risk of broken integrations when team members leave. Simplifies management by removing the need for one person to connect every Typeform. Aligns with bes
Feature Request: Shared Question SetsI’d like to propose a feature called Shared Question Sets. How it would work: A set of questions could be created and saved as a reusable unit. These shared sets could then be deployed across multiple Typeforms. If you make a change to the original shared set, those updates would automatically flow through to every Typeform where that set is used. Why this matters: This type of functionality is common in web production and often referred to as shared components or templates. It would reduce a significant amount of overhead when maintaining multiple Typeforms that rely on the same set of questions. It would also help ensure consistency, lowering the risk of errors that arise when manually updating the same questions in many forms. Impact:Shared Question Sets would save teams time, streamline updates, and improve accuracy when managing large numbers of forms with common elements.
Since the update today, the phone number question is now broken when used in “Conversations”.No matter what number or format the user replies with, it gives the message:Hmm... that phone number isn't valid This has effectively broken my Forms. Please let me know if this can be fixed quickly, or should I plan on abandoning Phone Number and just switch to Numbers.

Hi everyone! I’ve been experimenting with Typeform to collect feedback from users, but I want to make my surveys more engaging and increase completion rates. What strategies have worked best for you?I’m especially curious about: Using logic jumps vs. simple linear surveys Adding multimedia (images, GIFs, or videos) without slowing down responses Creative ways to ask open-ended questions that people actually answer Would love to hear your experiences and any tips for keeping respondents engaged while still collecting meaningful data!
Dear typeform, In our case where our traffic is not coming from indexed site, but from our app/email campaigns that we send to our customers. We are phasing out the form and we want to make a permanent redirect to the new one.Is there any possibility for this feature?Tnx.
Does anyone have any idea how to delete a survey? I have a couple we never used, and they’re just sitting there…There is no delete button and I am so lost. Are we not allowed to delete surveys in our account?
Hi Typeform, we have many languages we need to have surveys in, for example Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer… That you do not have. Can you create an option for the Multi-Language forms to allow us to upload our own translations for the AI translations you are missing?
Hi,My company has 85 store locations and we use Typeform as our customer comment card platform.Right now I have notifications configured to send to District Managers and a select number of individuals from our corporate office. I’ve been asked to find a way to send those notifications directly to our store managers so that they can be in the loop on the conversations surrounding comment cards for their stores as well. The easiest way for this to happen would be to allow me to use variables when configuring who notifications will go do. I already use Typeform to identify the email address for store management, but you don’t let me plug that variable in the To: field. So, I’ve gone the second route and made a separate configuration for each store - all 85 of them. Unfortunately, we found out that you allow a maximum of 50 notification configurations for each survey, so the system can’t create enough different notifications to meet that need. Please either let me use variables to fill in
We have a number field where with validation of numbers between 2025000 and 2025999. When a user tries to enter any other number, he can pass this step successfully and only gets an error at the end of the form (he won’t know why he got the error!!).We need a fix for this please. The verification/check should be in the step/question itself, not at the end!
I’d like to suggest two enhancements to improve the functionality and professionalism of Typeform for organisations working at scale:1. Centralised/Reusable ListsPlease consider adding a feature that allows us to create centralised lists (e.g. staff names, schools, departments) that can be referenced across multiple questions or forms. This would: Reduce manual duplication across questions/forms Make list updates much easier and less error-prone Improve consistency in data collection across projects Even a simple interface for managing named lists or referencing them across forms would be very welcome.2. Token-Based URL Access (Parameter Obfuscation)We often use hidden fields in URLs to personalise or track responses (e.g. ?name=John&email=john@example.com), but this approach makes personal data visible in the browser bar. We’d like the ability to use a single token/code in the URL, such as:https://example.typeform.com/to/form123?code=7g3uhf9sjfj8u2k1 Typeform would then map that

Feature Request: Custom Version NamesI’d love to be able to set a custom version name to make version history easier to scroll through to find specific versions. It would make sense as a popup that appears when you click “Publish Changes”, and it’ll be required to fill it out in order to publish changes. It can be pre-filled with the default Typeform version name for those who don’t care what it’s called.Note: This popup asks you to name this latest version and gives an optional long text field to write in notes

I’ve been part of so many communities that left me feeling… alone. Some were beautifully designed. Some had all the right tools. Some even had amazing people. But something was missing. Real connection. A sense of belonging. A reason to stay.I’m now helping build a new kind of community and I don’t want to repeat the same patterns. So I’m asking honestly:What communities do you currently belong to, and what do they give you? What’s missing in most communities today, especially within belonging or growth? When have you felt most seen, supported, or transformed in a group? What made that space feel alive, trustworthy, and worth your time?I’d love to learn from your experience as we try to build something that truly matters.
Hi community, I’m running a customer survey and its running very slow on mobile devices. I have tested on many different mobile devices and the response time has always been very slow. The survey is quiet long but not complex. I will have to switch to another tool if this can’t be improved, since my main target group will fill out the survey on mobile… even tough I like Typeforms. Is there anything that I can improve/change? Survey: https://pathfinderpro.typeform.com/to/OScKkCcR
We would really like to have better control over the expected/accepted format of the “Number” content type (or a new content type if that’s easier). You currently only support only integers, with controls for min and max number. We could really use a floating number (decimal) option as well, with controls for:min/max value number of decimals negative numbers allowedIn addition, it would be really good to be able to add a preceding/trailing item for guiding users that we’re expecting a certain value like percentage or money. I.e the field could have a prefilled % character trailing the input field. Or a $ character before the input field.Right now we have to sue a very clunky workaround by using a short text type, and putting in instructions like “Enter as a percentage value with 2 decimal places. No negative numbers allowed. Also, don’t go over 500%, pretty please as it breaks our backend calculations.” Of course, there’s no enforcement available of these instructions, so all we can do
Hello all, We were trying to set up on conversion tracking, and we use Typeform as our lead generation form. For this tracking its crucial for us to pass the parameters from Typeform to a different domain. We tried passing the parameters via GTM but its not working. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!
I modified a form by mistake, instead of making a copy. Is it possible to recover the previous version and its results?
When a quiz is embedded into Squarespace, is it possible to set up a progression system for this quiz, so that the site remembers questions that have been answered previously to continually offer new questions to a customer logging into their account? Also, is there a functionality that allows a customer to select the number of questions he wants to answer for a specific quiz ? Thank you!
